To support this expansion, they are seeking a fully remote Practice Manager based in Ireland to lead a high-performing small accounting team, elevate technical standards, and strengthen the firm's delivery across accounts, tax, and advisory services. There will be no audit work involved.brThis role is designed for someone who thrives in a leadership and operational capacity: approximately 75% of the work is internal (team leadership, workflow management, technical review, process improvement), with around 25% involving direct client-facing responsibilities.brIt is an excellent fit for a Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CPA) with strong Irish practice experience.
