In this role, you will support financial operations and assist in managing fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial processes. Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively will play a key role in supporting our clients and maintaining the high standards of excellence Gallagher is known for. /p pJoin our team and be part of a culture driven by shared values and a commitment to excellence! /p h3How you\'ll make an impact /h3 ul liManage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. /li liEnsure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and forecasts. /li liAssist in monitoring and managing cash flow and financial planning. /li liPrepare and review financial reports for internal stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. /li liSupport the CFO and Accounting Manager in preparing for audits and ensuring regulatory compliance. /li liWork closely with the Accounting Manager and other team members to align on team goals, processes, and deliverables. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or comparable professional experience as a substitute for the degree. /li liHighly accurate detail-oriented, and organised. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. /li liStrong numerical competence and proficiency in Excel and other IT tools. /li liFluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language. /li liWork experience from marine and/or energy insurance is preferred. /li /ul pAt Gallagher, we prioritise career growth and development for all employees, ensuring access to relevant opportunities.
