ph3AD Creative Producer /h3 /brpWe are looking for a hands-on AD Creative Producer to plan, manage, and produce high-quality creative marketing assets across digital and in-store channels. This role is a hybrid between a project manager and a production designer, combining strong executional skills with structured ownership of creative deliveries. /p /brpYou will play a key role in ensuring that brand-consistent, performance-driven assets are delivered on time and at scale, working closely with cross-functional teams across Digital Commerce Customer Engagement and Sales Marketing Operations. /p /brpXXL is entering a new phase, with Frasers Group as our new owners, and this is a unique opportunity to join a company in transformation and help shape how we work with creative production going forward. /p /br /brh3Key Responsibility Areas /h3 /brul /brliPlan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end creative production pipeline across campaigns, channels, and markets /li /brliAct as a hybrid role between project manager and production designer, with clear ownership of both planning and execution /li /brliProduce and adapt creative assets within static and motion design for digital and physical channels (e-com, paid media, SoMe, POS, in-store) /li /brliDevelop clear activation and production briefs and maintain a bcentral /b production and delivery calendar /li /brliWork cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, media, and retail teams to plan, prioritize, and execute creative deliveries /li /brliEnsure assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and performance requirements /li /brliManage timelines, priorities, approvals, and handover to media and channel teams /li /brliSupport performance optimization through creative testing, iteration, and learnings /li /brliCollaborate with external partners and suppliers when needed /li /br /ul /br /brh3About You /h3 /brul /brliDocumented project management experience within creative or marketing production /li /brliStrong hands-on experience with design and production tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma /li /brliSolid experience with motion design and video production, particularly in After Effects or similar tools /li /brliStrong understanding of creative formats and requirements across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and retail/in-store environments /li /brliDetail-oriented with a strong visual and aesthetic sensibility /li /brliHighly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable taking full ownership of deliveries /li /brliThrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment /li /brliComfortable working cross-functionally and handling multiple stakeholders and priorities /li /brliFluent in English, written and spoken; a Nordic language is an advantage /li /br /ul /br /brh3Education Experience /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Production, Communication, Design, or other relevant fields /li /brliEquivalent practical experience (5+ years in digital creative production) may compensate for lacking formal education /li /br /ul /br /brh3Why Join XXL? /h3 /brpAt XXL, you will be part of a collaborative and ambitious environment working with strong brands and large-scale campaigns across multiple markets.
