Job Description

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and monitor Personnel on Board (POB) activities. /li liPlan and register personnel rotations for multiple companies and stakeholders. /li liEnsure correct registration of personnel on all offshore and onshore flights. /li liManage helicopter bookings, including administration, updates, and changes. /li liCoordinate personnel plans for suppliers and third-party contractors. /li liUpdate and quality‑assure data within the PIMS POB system. /li liMaintain crew change lists and handle ad‑hoc personnel registrations. /li liCollaborate closely with operators, helicopter services, and project teams to manage scheduling. /li /ul h3Required expertise /h3 ul liMinimum 3‑year upper secondary education. /li liProven experience with planning tools. /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. /li liStructured, accurate, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changes. /li liExcellent collaboration and communication skills. /li liValid EX Awareness certificate. /li liExperience with PIMS systems is considered an advantage. /li liExperience with DaWinci is considered an advantage. /li liLanguage: English /li liLocation: Haugesund, Norway /li liWork schedule: Full‑time /li liDuration: Assignment from approximately March 2026 to December 2027 /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
