Then you may be the new colleague we are looking for to join our team. /bbr/SÆTHER is a leading player in the Nordic beauty market, and we are looking for a colleague to join our Clarins brand management team. The position is based in our Norwegian office, and you will be responsible for an exciting brand portfolio on the Swedish market. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 pTogether with the Nordic Marketing Manager you have the responsibility for the cooperation and negotiation with the brand owner. This implies that you are to play an important part in building a strong and healthy collaboration to secure a satisfied brand owner. /p ul liLocal marketing – prepare marketing plans in all aspects, including new product launches, media planning trade marketing plans. /li liBe the one point of contact for the brand owner to anticipate and adapt on all touch points /li liDevelop and nurture strong relationships with your brand owner and stakeholders /li liOversee the execution of the local marketing plan. /li liRepresents the brand and presents key initiatives to customers at retailer meetings /li liResponsible for planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies based on our brand owner’s goals and expectations /li liFinancial planning and budgeting on a local level and secure maximum profitability and growth in line with Sæther’s own as well as the brand owner’s expectations /li liReview on a regular basis marketing budget, key sales analytics such as sell in/sell out reports, customer PL’s, turnover estimations, and trend reporting /li liEnsure and develop partnership with brand owner throughout the region /li liDevelopment of strong relationships with all the different departments within Sæther /li /ul h3Your qualifications /h3 pYou are a person eager to make a difference and have a commercial mindset and analytical capabilities. From previous positions, you have gained deep knowledge about the Swedish retail market. Also: /p ul liRelevant education at minimum Bachelor or Master level. /li liMinimum 3 years of relevant business experience — preferably within beauty brands or FMCG. /li liStrong understanding of digital marketing and a passion for brand building and execution. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li liWell-structured, efficient multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. /li liInclusive and outgoing personality with excellent presentation and communication skills. /li liDriven to make a difference, with a commercial mindset and solid analytical capabilities. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and confident working with modern creative tools such as Canva. /li /ul h3What do we offer you? /h3 pAn exciting and challenging job in a fast-growing company where Passion, Relations and Results are our guiding stars.
