You’ll join our advisory team as a Junior Vice President – a client-facing role focused on mandate origination and relationship management. You’ll engage with founders and executives who’ve already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship-building, and closing. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liAct as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exits /li liQualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory framework /li liPresent and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signature /li liManage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagement /li liCollaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategy /li liParticipate in valuation discussions, capital‑structure design, and transaction execution /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liIdeally 3–7 years in B2B sales, financial services, real estate, or other high‑value transactional roles /li liProven ability to close complex deals /li liExcellent communication skills – articulate and confident across calls, meetings, and written correspondence /li liCharismatic presence – you represent Palmstone to founders and investors with composure, clarity, and credibility /li liStructured and solution‑oriented – you handle multiple projects without losing focus /li liSelf‑directed, detail‑oriented, and performance‑driven /li liBased in Europe (CET/GMT timezone) /li liFluent, professional English is essential; additional languages are a plus /li /ul pBackgrounds that often translate well include real estate agents, mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, B2B consultative sellers, or business brokers – but we care more about drive and execution than credentials. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liReal deal exposure: Work on live mandates alongside partners, participating in valuation discussions and transaction execution /li liHigh‑level network: Direct access to founders, executives, and investors across Europe and the US /li liStructured development: Partner mentorship, institutional training in capital markets and deal structuring, regular feedback sessions /li liClear progression: Advancement based on performance and results, not tenure /li liPerformance‑driven compensation: Significant upside for strong performers (structure discussed with qualified candidates) /li liRemote setup: Work from anywhere in Europe with full autonomy /li /ul pDon't meet every requirement?
