Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most. /ppWe're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Lund, NV, to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. /ppThis role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. We are generally flexible with scheduling, but ultimately current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the CNA, patient, and case manager. We are flexible and willing to help work with your schedule! /ppemPlease be aware that offers are contingent upon passing a background check. /em /pstrongResponsibilities /strongulliWork with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting /liliAssist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care /liliProvide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological support /liliMeal preparation /liliLight housekeeping /liliTransport and accompany patients to doctor or hospital visits /liliAdhere to the patient’s established plan of care /liliExecute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record /liliMonitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care /liliRemind patient of and administer medication as prescribed /liliMaintain records and documentation of daily services /liliCommunication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient. /li /ulstrongMinimum Qualifications /strongulliCurrent CPR certification /liliCurrent First Aid certification /liliTB test physical examination /liliAbility to monitor vital signs /liliGood interpersonal skills /liliCaring and compassionate personality /liliHand-eye coordination and manual dexterity /liliAbility to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients /liliAbility to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions. /li /ulstrongPreferred Qualifications /strongulli1+ years of caregiving experience /li /ulpTo provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
