ppThe responsibility of a Claims Handler relates to all Healthcare claims generated by the company managed syndicates and the company platform writing UK, US and international business. /p ul libLocation: /b London/ Hybrid working /li libCategory: /b Claims /li libType: /b Permanent /li /ul pKey Responsibilities, including but not limited to: /p ul liHandle claims associated with companies managed syndicates and company platform /li liProvide technical leadership to the rest of the London market on lead files /li liResponsible for the delivery of a high level claims service. This involves regular communication with claims managers and underwriters /li liAssist underwriters in the implementation of their overall underwriting strategy /li liRepresent Healthcare claims at events, client meetings, broker meetings and internal meetings (when required) /li liManage service providers involved in the claims function on a day to day basis /li liMinimum of 5x A-C GCSE grades, A-levels or degree /li liProgression towards CII would be advantageous /li liMinimum 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role and the Insurance Market, which can be either company or Lloyd’s platforms /li liInsurance claims Industry experience /li liGood technical knowledge of Healthcare (US/International). However candidates with General liability or Professional Lines will be considered /li liExperience of US law and insurance regulations in various jurisdictions would be advantageous however not essential /li liBroad understanding of coverage issues/policy interpretation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
