Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward. /phrbrpWe are looking for:brbContract Commissioning Engineers / Managers  /bto join our team brin Europe: Germany, Spain, Turkey, Netherland, Greece or Portugalbr/phrbrpbWe are looking for Commissioning contractors with EU citizenship.   /b /phrbrpbPrimary Responsibilities: /b /pulliManaging the entire commissioning process /liliDeveloping commissioning plans, schedules, reports, checklists, and test scripts /liliDevelopment and third-party buy-in into project certification strategies /liliRoutine population and management of data in our project management software /liliUndertaking and reporting inspections and tests /liliAssisting in the development of design and commissioning documentation for tender and construction brpurposes /liliAttending project and internal meetings as needed, representing the mechanical commissioning perspective /liliArranging test instrumentation  /liliAssisting in the development of tender submissions  /liliSupporting projects during client discussions of a technical nature  /liliReviewing technical papers/reports before publication /liliWorking closely as part of a general contractor's team to develop commissioning strategies and brprocesses aligned with project objectives /liliUndertaking technical assessments of project schedules, drawings, manuals, and technical submittals /liliProviding routine progress reporting and final project close-out  /liliManaging attendance and reporting of factory tests /liliArranging third-party sign-off as necessary /liliProviding technical advice to clients regarding project and operational risk  /li /ulp #LI-MW4 /pbrpRequired Qualifications /pulliA minimum of 8 years of commissioning experience /liliIndividual drive, enthusiasm, and high attention to detail /liliDetailed technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems /liliA good working knowledge of Microsoft Office /liliCreativity and an ability to problem-solve quickly /liliMulti-tasking abilities /liliBeing task and deadline focused /liliAbility to work collaboratively /liliAbility to consistently produce high-quality project work /li /ulpPreferred Qualifications /pulliA commissioning professional as certified by an accredited agency /liliBachelor's Degree preferred /liliProfessional Engineer preferred /liliData Center commissioning experience /liliCommissioning certification preferred (CxA, CCP, BCxP, or CBCP) /liliLEED AP or LEED Associate /liliManagement/Commissioning Management /liliHave one or more specific, relevant, technical expertise /liliProficiency in HVAC load calculation software such as Trace or IES /liliPreference given to local candidates /li /ulpWhy HDR /ppAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and how you do it.
