Content Producer - Reodor Studios
Job Description

ppbNote: /b This is a 1-year temporary position, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire based on business needs. The role requires that you live in or surrounding Oslo. /p h3About us /h3 pAt Reodor Studios, we help ambitious companies turn growth goals into business reality. Over the last years we’ve scaled fast – talented people, dozens of high-impact projects, and a growing portfolio of ventures. Our work spans strategy, design, and technology – but unlike most consultancies, we don’t stop at advice. Where others stop at slides, we build, test, and launch. /p pWe combine consulting and venture building to help companies find new revenue streams, expand into new markets, and develop or improve products and services. With a touch of humility, we dare say we’re specialists in early‑stage innovation – working from insights and concepts all the way to market‑ready solutions. Things move fast here, and we make sure ideas turn into something concrete and valuable. /p pWhat sets us apart is how we blend consulting with the ability to actually build new companies. We have a team that matches our ambitions: economists, product designers, cybernetics experts, creative technologists – and more than two‑thirds of us have founded or run companies ourselves. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe build ventures and create innovation for forward‑thinking companies across the Nordics – and we need someone to help us show the world what we do, not just talk about it. /p pAs a Content Producer at Reodor, you’ll own our day‑to‑day storytelling across the company – for our own brand, our clients, and our ventures. You’ll also be using AI as part of your creative toolkit – from generating ideas and scripts to automating editing, crafting visuals, or experimenting with new storytelling formats. /p pThis is end‑to‑end content ownership: you concept, create, publish, and iterate based on what works. /p h3As a Content Producer with us, you will: /h3 ul libDocument and storytell /b – Capture projects, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments, turning them into engaging stories that show our work and impact. /li libProduce content across formats /b – Create visuals, videos, and copy for our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, web), ensuring content fits each platform and audience. /li libUse AI to amplify creativity /b – Leverage AI tools to boost speed, quality, and experimentation across content formats – from script generation to visual production. /li libBuild brand presence /b – Develop an authentic voice and community around Reodor, making our work visible and compelling to clients, partners, and talent. /li libExperiment and iterate /b – Test new ideas, formats, and technologies to grow our audience and strengthen our storytelling. /li /ul h3We're looking for someone who: /h3 pHas 2–4 years of experience creating content, preferably in a fast‑paced environment like an agency, startup, or media company.
