Our manufacturing teams are dedicated to bringing our brands to life and creating value for our customers big and small! /ppThe primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to provide competent and effective maintenance support to plant operations. /ph3Position Related Duties and Key Responsibilities /h3ulliResolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines and ensures equipment and machinery compliance with production procedures and process specifications. /liliRepairs and maintains production equipment machinery or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications. /liliresponds to emergenciesbreakdowns malfunctions etc. to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes. /liliMaintains maintenance records so that recurring problems can be identified and addressed. /liliPrepare diagrams drawings charts calculations and reports for defining reliability problems and recommendingsolutions. /liliReliability data management including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) work order failure code analysis maintenance of the asset hierarchy bills of materials technical library etc. /liliAdvise provide training in and implement continuous improvement in the company. /liliManage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs including systematically defining developing monitoring and refining the preventive/predictive maintenance process in pursuit ofoptimization. /liliFacilitate Equipment Criticality strategy formulation and ranking sessions as well as conductingFailure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). /liliEnsure that Predictive Maintenance technologies (e.g. oil analysis vibration analysis thermography ultrasonics online and offline motor testing etc.) are correctly applied on manufacturingassets. /liliDevelop and implement changes to equipment maintenance plans based on failure modes historical data reliability principles and bestpractices. /liliWork with equipment manufacturers factory and site acceptance testing. /liliDevelop short and long-term continuous improvement plans to mitigate equipmentfailures. /liliDesign maintenance SOPs to enable employees to perform maintenance tasks and minorrepairs. /li /ulh3Education and Additional Qualifications /h3ulliA Bachelor’s Associates or Technical Degree inEngineering orequivalent work experience. /lili3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience minimum /lili3 years of equipment reliability experiencepreferred. /liliMechanical/Electrical experience maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment. /liliDemonstrated Experience in Structure of a Maintenance Organization with implementation of Maintenance Planning tools. /liliDemonstrated experience in an ISO or documentedenvironment. /liliExperience with performance management maintenance metrics for Preventative and Predictive Maintenance. /liliExperience with Industrial Electrical Writing Mechanical/Electrical Devices Circuits Robotics PLC and computercontrolled. /liliExperience with computer driven maintenance and planning software /liliExperience with analysis tools to improve equipment reliability. /li /ulh3What We Offer You /h3ullibBenefits: /bAfull benefits package that starts on bDay ONE /b ofyour employment. /lilibPurpose Driven: /bPurpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe quality products. /lilibCommunity of Belonging: /bWe’re an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered lets you bring your best self to work. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
