Then we build it. /strong /p pWe are looking for Controller/Senior Controller, preferably with experience in the MMO (Maintenance, Modification Operations) business area within the energy industry, to strengthen our Project Control department in Stavanger. As a Controller, you will be an integral part of our finance team, working closely with MMO contracts to ensure robust financial control. /p h3About the position /h3 pYou will collaborate closely with the project and contract teams and be responsible for financial reporting of actuals and forecasts for a specific contract portfolio. To succeed in this role, you should enjoy working at the intersection of finance and technology, thrive in handling complexity, and manage multiple interfaces effectively. /p h3Responsibilities and tasks include /h3 ul liPrepare external and internal financial reports for the Client, Project Management, and Finance teams /li liSupport or lead the forecasting and budgeting process for assigned contracts /li liPerform cost and profitability analyses, actively identifying opportunities to improve contract performance and financial results /li liMaintain projects and master data in SAP, including project cost and income budgets, WBS, and activity structures /li liEnsure compliance with Accounting Reporting Policies (ARP) and internal control procedures /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics /li li2–5 years of experience in contract portfolio controlling or similar roles /li liStrong team player with the ability to build relationships across multiple disciplines /li liAnalytical mindset with a results-oriented approach /li liSolid business understanding of the MMO area /li liFluency in Norwegian and English /li liEnthusiastic, curious, and proactive in seeking information and understandingAble to motivate, build trust, and foster strong internal relationships /li liDetail-oriented while maintaining a strategic perspective /li liComfortable raising concerns and suggesting improvements /li liStructured and efficient, yet adaptable and open to change /li /ul h3Become our colleague /h3 pAibel offers many career opportunities.
