We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility). A relocation allowance is available for both national and international candidates. /p h3Expected Starting Date /h3 pJune 2026 /p pThe Data Center Technician must work well with others and will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair, and will include participation in an on‑call rotation. /p ul liMaintain data center operations to ensure the availability and reliability of service levels /li liConduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs /li liRoot cause analysis of hardware and software failures /li liTraining of internal teams /li liDevelopment of documentation /li liProvide technical support to data center teams /li liDevelopment of scripts to update server and networking hardware /li liMaintain inventory /li liAssemble and install equipment /li liPerform maintenance of test and tool equipment /li liOccasional travel to other data centers as needed /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of data centre experience /li liExperience with data center buildout, assembling and installing equipment /li liComputer hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling) /li liLinux operating system experience /li liAbility to work in an environment that operates a shift pattern, with an ability to participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support as needed /li liExcellent time management, organisational and communication skills /li liMust be able to prioritise tasks and react quickly to issues /li liCandidates should be able to lift up to 22 kg and/or work in elevated locations /li liApplicants must have work authorisation that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future. /li /ul h3Nice Haves /h3 ul liComputer networking experience /li liPython, Bash or other scripting languages experience /li liExperience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS /li liA degree or equivalent experience in an IT related field /li /ul pTo fulfil our obligation to protect client data, successful applicants offered employment with CoreWeave will be required to complete a basic criminal record check, conducted in compliance with GDPR.
