ppErithy, previously known as Be Better Contractors, specializes in the design and construction of sustainable subsea infrastructure globally. /ppWe deliver consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, high voltage cables, biogas and hydrogen, as well as civil engineering services and project administration. /ppCreated in 2017, Erithy has grown into a consultancy team made up of various profiles from Europe, South America and the Middle East, working on projects across Norway. /ppWe are always on the lookout for new talented individuals to join our team, and we hope that you will be our new member! /ppWe are now looking for ab DW Supervisor (Night /bfor one of our customersb. /bThe position is boffshore, on rotation (2/4). /b /ppbDuration: /b - /ppbDeadline for applications: /b /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage, plan and coordinate the work according to approved programmes and procedures (Company procedures, best practices and local regulations i.e. Norsok OLF). /liliVerify that activities are carried out in such a manner that they safeguard the health, safety and integrity of all personnel. /liliEnsuring that drilling and completion operations are carried out safely, with good oilfield practice and in accordance with the relevant Company standards and HSEQ procedures. /liliInitiate process for MOV / Deviation if and when required. /liliReport all accidents or situations of potential hazard. /liliSupervise and monitor the work performed by the rig and service personnel during the day and night shifts. /liliEnsure sufficient supervision during all critical operations. /liliChair daily meetings among the rig’s and service company senior personnel. /liliPrepare and ensure that detailed drilling instructions are developed and issued to senior rig and service company personnel. /liliUndertake daily morning report calls to DRL Supt. /liliReporting to drilling/completion superintendent on regular basis on the progress of operations, and agree on any corrective action if necessary. /liliPrepare the daily drilling report. /liliPrepare all reports required for data archive. /liliPrepare and approve Feed-Back reports. /liliUpdate the time planner on a daily basis and prepare a 7 days look ahead. /liliIssue accident/incident reports. /liliReport variations and deviations. /liliAccept/approve contractors' work documentation on a daily basis. /liliRequest equipment, materials and services to the rig in a timely manner according to the approved contracts, and verified checklists. /liliEnsuring contractor personnel, services and material, are available at rigsite when required so to avoid any delay in operations. /liliMonitoring the consumptions and stock of materials available at rigsite, and request personnel, materials, and services in due time in order to avoid any delay in the operations. /liliInitiate Lesson Learned process-Ensure professional use and training of Well Site Drilling Engineers. /liliVerify and approve Field Ticket Services and Job Report as per competence. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliRelevant M.Sc. degree, relevant experience can compensate for education. /liliSound technical understanding of DW planning and operations. /lili6-9 years of experience. /liliValid IWCF level 4 Combined Surface and Subsea Supervisor certificate. /li /ulh3To work with Erithy means /h3ulliWorking on exciting Norwegian energy projects. /liliFast-track your career as a consultant for one of our customers. /liliWe offer opportunities for permanent employment, where stability and personal development are the main focus. /liliAccess our network of consultants and customers, and expand your opportunities. /liliIn Erithy, we care and know our consultants on a personal level, and follow-up their progression. /li /ulpJoin Erithy now! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
