Find your future with us. /p pBoeing Brazil is seeking a Mid-Career Avionics Engineer reporting to the Avionics Manager working out of the São José dos Campos office. The Mid-Career Avionics Engineer will join the global Avionics engineering team to support the development and certification of transport category airplanes. Participation on development of complex electronic systems analyzing and translating requirements into system demonstrating compliance with relevant regulatory and customer requirements. /p h3Position Responsibilities /h3 ul liWorks with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements /li liAnalyzes and translates requirements into system hardware and software designs and interface specifications /li liTests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements /li liMonitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements /li liSolves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle /li liResearches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs /li /ul pThis position is hybrid/telecommuting. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. /p pEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. /p h3Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) /h3 ul liMust have existing rights to work in Brazil /li liMust have a degree in Engineering /li liProficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language /li liMust be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA) /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience) /h3 ul liExperience with Product Development life cycle and applicable regulations /li liExperience with Safety Assessment standards /li liExperience on supplier environmental qualification standards /li liExperience with Software development life cycle and certification process /li liExperience with Agile methodology /li /ul h3Relocation /h3 pThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. /p h3Additional Information /h3 pThis requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil.
