Some traveling may be expected. /p h3Key tasks responsibilities: /h3 h3Company-wide financial management administration /h3 ul liManage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger. /li liPrepare and publish timely and accurate financial statements. /li liDevelop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to ensure accuracyıldığı compliance. /li liManage preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts and report on variances. /li liManage қол cash flow to ensure the company's financial health. /li liServe as the main point of contact for external auditors and manage the annual audit process. /li liGeneral administration related to supplier management and contract management for business goods and services such as office space, materials, IT services, etc. /li liDrive the internal process for financial management and Jamaican controlling process and rules, software, and onboarding of employees. /li /ul h3Project controlling and accounting for utility‑scale BESS projects /h3 ul liFinancial planning and financial risk management of international construction projects (of power grid assets) in the order of the tens of millions of Euros. /li liPartner with project manager to develop and manage project‑specific budgets and financial forecasts. /li liTrack project revenue and manage revenue recognition based on project milestones and contract terms. /li liConduct regular financial analysis of project performance, identifying trends and variances against budget. /li liProvide regular reporting on project profitability, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. /li liOversee project‑specific billing, invoicing, and contract‑related payment processes. /li liResponsibility for controlling all project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget and compliance with financial regulations, requirements, and financing agreements. /li /ul h3Desired qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in finance administration, or related. /li li3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international project‑based environment. /li liStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting. /li liSkilled in financial software and accounting systems, and capable of data analysis and presentation. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with project teams, senior management, and external partners. /li liSelf‑dr फ़ personality with initiative, and ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced small company environment. /li /ul h3Why should you join us? /h3 ul liBecome a key member of a highly skilled and engaged team. /li liCompetitive salary conditions. /li liFlexibility to master work life balance. /li liA unique opportunity to shape your role and grow your career with the company. /li /ul pCurious about this opportunity?
