We are dedicated to ensuring the future of the planet and taking the necessary steps to reduce our carbon footprint, provide healthier product choices, and create better opportunities for people. /ph3What to expect from the Operations track with focus on Quality /h3pDuring the two‑year program, you will start in our bakery located in Norway and undertake a second‑year rotation to Denmark, gaining valuable experience within quality in two different bakeries while taking full responsibility for a range of tasks from day one. /ph3First year – Norway /h3pYou will help to ensure high standards across products, processes, and suppliers. You will manage product data and quality documentation, support audits and inspections, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners. From handling deviations and customer complaints to working with supplier quality, risk assessments, and food legislation, you’ll contribute to safe, compliant, and high‑quality products while helping shape smarter and more efficient quality processes. /ph3Second year – Denmark /h3pYou will deepen your impact by working across both Site Quality and Central Quality. You’ll be right where it happens, close to production and products while also shaping how we work with customers, suppliers, and food safety standards. From the bakery floor to strategic compliance, this is your opportunity to grow your expertise, take ownership, and build a strong international career in quality and food safety. /ph3Skills Requirements /h3ulliFluency in Danish or Norwegian at native level and high proficiency in English. /liliA truly international mindset; you must have lived abroad already, and you have the willingness to move geographically, both during and after the Graduate Program. /liliA Master’s degree in Engineering or other relevant areas, with above‑pass results (or a projection of achieving this). Graduation within the last two years or expected graduation date before September 2026. /liliAvailability to start the program full time in September 2026. /liliMust be living and able to work in the country where you are applying, including having potential work permits/visa. /liliA personality that fits our values: open, driven, a curious learner, and able to see the bigger picture.
