Their programming is more edgy and mischievous than other talk-stations and is broadcast live and uncensored 24/7. /p pThey broadcast programming that includes celebrity news, politics, sex and relationships, football, comedy, music, money, food, LGBT+ and much more. Their listening audience currently exceeds 1.5m. /p h3The Role of Head of Social Media Marketing /h3 pOur client is seeking a dynamic and creative self-starter to spearhead the development and execution of their social media strategy. Collaborating with some of the best talent in world entertainment, both established and emerging, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness and listenership of their radio station as they continue to grow. /p pThe successful candidate will contribute to their growth by understanding the nuances of their audience, setting clear objectives and creating compelling, platform-specific content. /p pYour ideas for daily social content will epitomise the company’s tone and message. You will lead from the front, ideate and bring the team with you. Your ability to enthuse and manage a team will be important. /p pAs a key team member, you'll lead the daily production of engaging video content, ensuring it aligns with trending news and resonates with their audience. You will be expected to leverage strong writing and editorial skills in order to create highly engaging and shareable content. /p pYou'll take the lead in daily meetings with the radio production team to drive social initiatives, such as polls, competitions, and original video ideas. /p ul liDeveloping and leading the social strategy across all platforms, with a particular focus on organically growing their social channels. /li liCreating engaging, cutting-edge social content that their audience will want to share /li liFostering an active and engaged social media community by interacting with their audience, responding to comments and messages. /li liWorking with show sponsors on social collaborations /li liWorking with talent to leverage their audiences on their social channels /li liCollaborate with the production team to develop engaging, relevant content /li liUtilise platform data to gather insights and develop learnings /li liOpportunity to develop a team /li /ul h3MUST-HAVE Requirements for this Head of Social Media Marketing role /h3 ul li4 years minimum experience in a social media agency or within the social media team in a similar content-driven media brand /li liWorked with paid social campaigns /li liProven experience in growing social following and engagement /li liExperience in building and implementing social media strategies /li liUnderstanding of paid, earned and owned /li liUnderstanding of social analytics, able to compile reports for the wider team /li liIn tune with celebrity UK and US popular culture (desirable) /li liPassionate about social media and emerging trends /li liAn impeccable grasp of the English language, with accurate spelling, excellent writing skills and high attention to detail /li liExperience in writing and delivering compelling social content /li liExperience of shooting videos, editing them and posting them across socials /li /ul pIf you feel that you tick the above requirements, please apply. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
