Acting as a trusted partner to the HR team and an anchor for office operations, you will help uphold the quality, structure, and consistency that enable Stokke to grow sustainably. /ppThis role blends hands-on HR administration with office management responsibilities. You will ensure smooth processes across contracts, onboarding, workflows, systems, and employee support—while maintaining a professional, efficient, and collaborative office environment. /ppIf you are organized, service-minded, proactive, and excited by the combination of HR and operational coordination within a global premium brand, this role offers excellent opportunities to grow. /ppThis role reports to our HR Director based from our Amsterdam office /ppThis role is to be based from Alesund - Norway. /ph3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3h3bHR Support (EMEA) /b /h3pProvide daily administrative support to the EMEA HR team primariliy based out of the Amsterdam office, with exception to our HRBP based from the German office. /pulliCollaborate and support our EMEA HRBP's, Compensation and Benefits HR Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner in their day to day administrative activities. /li /ulpManage employment contracts and documentation /ppSupport reporting, workflows, and process optimization /ppAdminister HR systems including HiBob, Cleemy, Egencia, and others /ppPublish job postings and coordinate interview scheduling /ppMaintain and update HR documents and templates /ppCoordinate onboarding activities and administrative tasks /ppFollow up on employee shop budget usage and reporting /ppMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment /ppCoordinate office maintenance, repairs, and supplier follow-up /ppEnsure compliance with safety and security protocols /ppAct as Safety Representative and participate in AMU (Work Environment Committee) /ppCollaborate with office management vendors and suppliers /ppMonitor and order office supplies /ppHandle package reception and distribution /ppContinuously identify and implement improvements to office processes /ph3bBetter Together – The Ideal Profile /b /h3pYou are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role where service, accuracy, and coordination are key.
