Want to join the ride? /p pDue to increased business activity and continued expansion, we’re hiring a Indirect Procurement Purchaser to strengthen our finance team and support our next phase of growth. /p pAs an Indirect procurement purchaser you will be working with a big variety of commodities, suppliers and tasks. For this particular position we are looking for an experienced purchaser with an interest on the system side, to actively participate in developing indirect procurement tool and building work processes across locations globally. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 h3Order Placement: /h3 pPlace orders according to process and collaboration with Project Purchasers and other Supply Management functions. /p pMonitor and follow up orders according to risk assessments and project needs. /p h3Supplier Management: /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. /li liNegotiate and maintain supplier frame agreements and maintain catalogues in procurement tool /li liEvaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to delays or discrepancies with Supply Management. /li /ul h3System Development and Maintenance: /h3 ul liSupport development of indirect procurement tool /li liAct as key user and administrator of the tool and support end users with training and operational /li liEnsure data integrity and accuracy in the procurement tool. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liExperience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement (preferably indirect but not mandatory), purchasing, or supply chain management. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong negotiation and communication skills. /li liProficiency in procurement software (SAP preferably) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). /li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
