BB offers a broad range of services including financing, payment solutions, investment services and capital market products to small, medium-sized and large companies. /ppAs a Legal Counsel in BB Legal, you would be a part of Group Legal - around 300 professionals in the Nordic Region, Poland and the US, of which approximately 40 based in Oslo, Norway. /ppbWhat you’ll be doing: /b /pulliProvide legal advice and lead negotiations on loan transactions and work-outs /liliDraft and review loan documentation and related agreements /liliAdvise on product development, particularly within loans, guarantees, and accounts /liliAdvise on non-financial legal risk matters /li /ulpbWho you are /b /ppCollaboration.
