You’ll serve as a strategic partner, guiding customers from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and sustained value realization, while acting as an internal advocate for customer needs and AI‑driven product development. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ol liDrive Legal Innovation ul liCollaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to identify, scope, and implement AI‑powered legal solutions with and for our partners and clients /li liDocument solutions, create internal knowledge assets, and contribute to a bank of scalable legal engineering playbooks, helping supercharge our future growth. /li /ul /li liOwnership of Customer Journey ul liLead onboarding and workshops for legal teams, supporting pilot projects and ensuring successful user adoption for new workflows and tools. /li liOwn renewals and expansion discussions, proactively identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. /li /ul /li liStrategic Enablement Adoption ul liIdentify and implement use cases that align with customer goals. /li liDrive measurable adoption. /li /ul /li liCustomer Impact ul liAdvocate for customer needs and follow through on feedback. /li liIdentify and create market opportunities. /li /ul /li liTeam Excellence ul liBuild the team and meaning of customers success. /li liShape a culture of accountability and excellence. /li /ul /li /ol h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liLegal expertise ul liSignificant experience in a legal environment (law firm, in‑house, or legal tech), and a genuine curiosity for technology’s role in enabling new frontiers for law. /li liA degree in law.
