ph3Open Position /h3 pLogistics and Operations Admin (Aberdeen) /p h3Published On /h3 ulliFebruary 2026 /li /ul pWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated logistics and operation support to assist in coordinating daily logistics and support operation department in Aberdeen. This full-time, office-based role working with the whole business operation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and coordinate Exports and Imports of rental equipment. /li liOrganize delivery notes for local deliveries such as, but not restricted to, rentals, sales, and goods for repair and return to suppliers. /li liScheduling deliveries and collections with carriers such as, but not restricted to, couriers international and UK and freight agents. /li liEnsure correct handling of logistics documentation, including export and import entries. /li liOrganize and handle movements of controlled items and remain up to date with customs and BIS regulations. /li liCoordinate with sales, operations, and customers to ensure reliable delivery. /li liHandle and organize missing accessories and damage notifications with clients upon rental returns. /li liInvestigating and resolving operational discrepancies. /li liMaintaining internal systems and operational databases for accurate asset tracking. /li liCollaborating with all departments to raise and process purchase orders. /li liMaintain a professional relationship with both clients and suppliers. /li liSupporting cross-departmental activities as needed to maintain operational efficiency /li /ul h3Objectives and Expected Results /h3 ul liEnsure timely and reliable deliveries in line with customer and contractual requirements. /li liEnsure compliance with logistics, customs and export control requirements. /li liWorking with multiple departments to achieve operational success. /li liEnsuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and kept up to date. /li liEnsuring compliance with company procedures and policies. /li /ul h3Competence Required /h3 ul liLogistics relevant experience of minimum 3 years. /li liKnowledge and experience in operational roles working with multiple departments. /li liExceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. /li liGood record keeping and preparing of certification. /li liRight to work in the UK. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li liOpportunity to develop within a key business area within a respected and growing company. /li liSupportive work culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and safety. /li liProfessional development opportunities and long-term career progression. /li /ul h3Deadline /h3 pAs soon as possible /p h3Employment type /h3 pPermanent /p h3Location /h3 pAberdeen /p h3Contact /h3 pLogistics Manager UK /p pKatie Martin /p p( ) /p pAPPLY /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
