ppJoin Ashtead Technology's growing operations in Norway was a Logistics and Stores Operator where you will be at the heart of our Klepp Stasjon operations, keeping our stores, equipment, and logistics running like clockwork. From managing inventory to supporting deliveries, you’ll play a key role in making sure our teams and customers get what they need, when they need it. /ph3What you'll be doing /h3ulliKeeping our warehouse and storage areas organised, efficient, safe and well organised. /liliProcessing returned rental equipment promptly in NetSuite, ensuring items are correctly stored and any missing or damaged equipment is reported. /liliManaging all incoming goods, including rental returns, repairs, and purchase orders, with accurate and timely ERP updates. /liliCoordinating deliveries to both internal teams and external customers, making sure deadlines are consistently met. /liliSupporting domestic and international shipments by working closely with freight forwarders and keeping customers informed of shipment progress or delays. /liliAllocating inventory to workshop teams, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring safety stock is always in place. /liliAssisting with raising purchase orders for inventory and consumables in line with operational needs. /liliEnsuring all equipment is safely packaged, handled, and stored correctly within the warehouse and participating in regular inventory counts and full stock takes throughout the year. /liliSupporting local deliveries and collections around the Stavanger area when required and loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently /li /ulh3What experience you’ll bring /h3ulliPrevious experience in a Stores related environment /liliFurther logistics experience is beneficial /liliClass B Driving Licence /liliSurvey Robotics knowledge with relevant experience of similar products and services (preferred) /liliT4/T2 Forklift Licence (preferred) /liliERP system / Microsoft office experience (preferred) /li /ulh3Who we are /h3pEstablished in 1985, Ashtead Technology is a leading provider of subsea equipment rental solutions, advanced underwater technologies, and support services to the global offshore energy sector.
