FiberPrinting™ is Alva’s own manufacturing technology, and it’s not something you’re expected to have prior experience with. It’s the core technology that enables Alva to manufacture the world’s thinnest electric motors. As demand for our motors grows, we need to scale our ability to turn engineering ideas into working solutions on the production floor. We are therefore looking for a hands‑on technician who will be part of the engineering team, while spending most of their time in the production hall. /p pYou’ll be building machines, wiring control cabinets, executing experiments, commissioning new stator designs, and resolving issues directly where they occur: in production. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 pThink of this as our wish‑list.
