This position provides proactive leadership direction single point accountability and technical expertise required to achieve and sustain optimum reliability maintainability and useful life for the manufacturing facility. The primary role of this position is to improve asset/capacity reliability through the elimination of repetitive failures technical support of the maintenance function and the management of appropriate Preventive and Predictive Maintenance processes. /p h3What You’ll Do for Us /h3 ul liResolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines and ensures equipment and machinery compliance with production procedures and process specifications. /li liRepairs and maintains production equipment machinery or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications. /li liResponds to emergencies breakdowns malfunctions etc. to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes. /li liMaintains maintenance records so that recurring problems can be identified and addressed. /li liPrepare diagrams drawings charts calculations and reports for defining reliability problems and recommending solutions. /li liReliability data management including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) work order failure code analysis maintenance of the asset hierarchy bills of materials technical library etc. /li liAdvise provide training in and implement continuous improvement in t he company . /li liManage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs including systematically defining developing monitoring and refining the preventive/predictive maintenance process in pursuit of optimization. /li liFacilitate Equipment Criticality strategy formulation and ranking sessions as well as conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). /li liEnsure that Predictive Maintenance technologies (e.g. oil analysis vibration analysis thermography ultrasonics online and offline motor testing etc.) are correctly applied on manufacturing assets. /li liDevelop and implement changes to equipment maintenance plans based on failure modes historical data reliability principles and best practices. /li liWork with equipment manufacturers factory and site acceptance testing. /li liDevelop short and long-term continuous improvement plans to mitigate equipment failures. /li liDesign maintenance SOPs to enable employees to perform maintenance tasks and minor repairs. /li /ul h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. /li li5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience minimum /li li3 years of equipment reliability experience preferred. /li liMechanical/Electrical experience maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment. /li liDemonstrated Experience in Structure of a Maintenance Organization with implementation of Maintenance Planning tools. /li liDemonstrated experience in an ISO or documented environment. /li liExperience with performance management maintenance metrics for Preventative and Predictive Maintenance. /li liExperience with Industrial Electrical Writing Mechanical/Electrical Devices Circuits Robotics PLC and computer controlled. /li liExperience with computer driven maintenance and planning software /li liExperience with analysis tools to improve equipment reliability. /li /ul h3What We Can Do For You /h3 ul libBenefits /b: A full benefits package that starts on day one of employment. /li libPurpose Driven: /b Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe quality products. /li libCommunity of Belonging: /b We’re an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered lets you bring your best self to work. /li /ul pSkills: /p pManufacturing Maintenance Leadership ISO 90001 Equipment Reliability (Inactive) Microsoft Office Robotics Electronic Circuits Six Sigma Project Management /p pThis job has no reviews yet.
