You will be responsible for our Norwegian marketing campaigns with focus on partnerships, social media, business development, events, influencer marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation. As part of a fun team that loves what they do, you will inspire kids, teens and adults to sign up for life-changing travel experiences across the globe. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and project manage global marketing initiatives, like lead generation campaigns, competitions, websites and more /li liOptimize organic online brand awareness and administrate the creation, scheduling and publishing of original content across key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) /li liSupport the Digital Advertising Manager with paid social and paid search /li liWrite inspirational weekly newsletters and blog posts on EF Go Blog /li liPlan and execute events, fair concepts and school visits all around Norway /li liBusiness development, constantly look for new opportunities /li liStay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities to grow the business /li liEvaluate and manage partnerships, develop and maintain relationships /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFluent in Norwegian and English /li li2+ years of experience of marketing strategy, tactics and channels /li liDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency /li liAbility to think creatively and strategically, with a willingness and desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’ /li liDesire to work in a small entrepreneurial team environment /li liAbility to generate ideas and work independently /li liStrong writing skills and a good eye for design /li /ul h3The reason(s) you’ll want to work here /h3 ul liJoin an amazing team of passionate individuals from across the globe /li liWork on global scale projects /li liBe part of a company that encourages personal aspirations and with many job opportunities around the world /li /ul h3Start date /h3 pAs soon as possible.
