We strive to provide cutting-edge excellence in ingredients innovation design and marketing. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAs a Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for the overall upkeep, troubleshooting, preventative care, and repair of mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment. /liliResolve day-to-day technical problems on the production lines and ensure equipment and machinery compliance with production procedures and process specifications. /liliRepair and maintain machinery/instruments to ensure maximum reliability. /liliContinuously monitor and physically inspect production equipment. /liliDiagnose problems when machinery malfunctions. /liliPerform repairs, minor adjustments, and overhauls on plant equipment and document encountered problems. /liliPerform preventative maintenance-related work as required. /liliDismantle and reassemble machines to fit or replace necessary parts. /liliConduct electrical repairs (i.e. wiring). /liliRebuild/fabrication of equipment. /liliWelding stainless steel (tubing rods) and black iron. /liliComplete work orders. /liliMaintain logs and records. /liliComply with GMP policies and procedures. /liliComply with Safety policies and procedures. /liliComply with all Integrated Management System policies and procedures. /li /ulh3Job Location and Work Conditions /h3pAll Coca-Cola North American Supply Chain Operations Syrup branch work is performed mostly on the production floor and occasionally in the maintenance shop. Work is non-repetitive and requires exposure to moderate noise levels, confined spaces, heights, wetness, fumes, exposure to electrical current, and exposure to toxic/hazardous chemicals. Work performed on fixed shifts. Manufacturing facility is subject to extreme heat and cold.
