You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while managing financial transactions with precision. This is an on-call position, meaning you will support the core team during busy periods, weekends, holidays, or staff absences. /ph3Roles Responsibilities /h3ulliTransaction Management: Process money transfers and currency exchanges with high precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to compliance/AML regulations. /liliCustomer Engagement: actively engage customers to understand their needs and offering solutions. /liliAdvisory: Provide professional service by answering queries and guiding customers through our omnichannel services. /liliCash Handling: Manage cash flow responsibly and ensure accurate balancing and accounting according to company guidelines. /liliFlexibility: Be available to work shifts on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. /li /ulh3Position Requirements /h3ulliLanguage Skills: A good command of Norwegian and English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage. /liliExperience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
