ph3Overview /h3pbAbout The Role /b As an Operations Associate at Instabee, you’ll play an important role in making sure our last-mile deliveries across Norway run smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality. You’ll work close to daily operations, combining coordination, analysis, and problem-solving to ensure our courier partners and regional hubs deliver on their promises. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain a deep understanding of how large-scale delivery operations work in practice. You’ll collaborate closely with courier partners and hub managers, optimize routes and capacity, and help identify improvements that make a real difference — for both customers and merchants. In this role you'll work office hours and every other Sunday with those Fridays off. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCreate and adjust delivery routes to ensure efficient operations and high service quality /liliCoordinate closely with courier partners to follow up on performance and daily execution /liliWork with hub managers in your region to secure smooth collaboration and reliable capacity /liliMonitor operational performance and ensure agreed volumes and service levels are met /liliIdentify deviations, investigate root causes, and support continuous improvements /li /ulh3Your future team /h3pYou’ll join our Operations team in Norway, a fast-moving and collaborative group responsible for making sure parcels reach customers on time — every day. The team consists of coordinators and operations specialists who enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and turning data into action. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, as well as courier partners and regional hubs, in an environment where learning, ownership, and improvement are highly valued. /ph3What We\u2019re Looking For /h3pYou’re structured, curious, and enjoy working close to operations.
