ph3Supervisory and Management /h3pThis position oversees the Pick Pack department, manages and supervises the work of all employees within the department, provides vision and clear expectation to all team members, handles succession planning for all employees as well as holding team members accountable. /ph3Operations /h3pFrom an operational standpoint, this individual will take ownership of the operations by taking full responsibility of anything within the department, ensure that all carts are filled accurately and timely delivering a high quality according to client’s requirements; foresee needs or problems that may arise and have action plans in place to avoid production disruptions; communicate stock item needs to warehouse and place supply orders as needed. /ph3Safety and Quality /h3pSafety is the responsibility of all employees at Newrest. Therefore, this position ensures that all processes conform to the customer and Newrest specifications. This individual will also comply with food safety protocol, enforce safety process, and investigate and complete incident/accident documentation. /ph3Human Resources /h3pThis position also holds the following HR-related responsibilities: interview and determine the individuals to join your department, approve time off requests and other leaves of absences, perform performance reviews for all department team members, approve all timecards and resolve timecard discrepancies, mentor and coach team members and provide corrective actions as required regular and timely attendance. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
