The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pReporting to the Procurement Team Leader, you will: /p ul liWork within a procurement team consisting of two managers and a support resource /li liBuild strong internal relationships across Procurement, Reservations, Accounting, Sales, and Operations /li liDevelop and implement procurement strategies for hotel and land services in Norway /li liEstablish and maintain strong supplier partnerships to secure competitive and relevant products /li liMonitor market trends and product innovation to support product development /li liNegotiate special and exclusive agreements with key suppliers and hotel chains /li liIdentify and mitigate business risks and manage escalations /li liEnsure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical standards /li /ul h3To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, business development, account, or revenue management, ideally within hospitality or travel /li liHigher education in a relevant field /li liStrong communication skills in Norwegian and English /li liProven ability to execute strategy, build senior-level relationships, and deliver results /li liStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liStrong commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach /li liExcellent communication skills /li liAbility to work independently with a proactive, positive attitude /li liComfortable working under pressure /li /ul h3Internal Mobility Flexibility Clause /h3 pThis role is subject to internal mobility and organizational development.
