This role operates as a trusted partner and support function to Product Area Leaders, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. You will help squads to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that shape the future of the built environment. Reporting into the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with Product Area Leaders, the Director of Engineering, and the squads to optimize the existing operating model, processes, improve delivery practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pSupport the Product Area Leaders with /p ul liProduct Areas Operating Model: ul liSupport Product Area Leaders, who own the operating model, by helping run it in collaboration with the squads. Facilitate retrospectives and assist in implementing improvements when requested, ensuring changes align with their vision and priorities. /li liEnsure the product strategy, the related initiatives and plans of each squad are clear, documented, transparent and easily available to all. /li liWork with the PMs to monitor progress, chair the product review meetings and keep the stakeholders updated on progress, successes and challenges. /li liContinuously identify and solve inefficiencies, remove hurdles for the squads to be able to execute on their strategy and plan. Escalate when needed. /li liDocument our ways of working and product development practices, ensuring these are kept up to date and are well understood by all employees. /li liStay up to date on best-in-class product development practices, act as a coach and work with the team to implement and help maturing the organization on the product development practice front. /li liLead process improvements using AI powered product development frameworks. /li liCoordinate and ensure the different elements and tasks the product team must execute on when a new offering is made available or is changed are completed. /li /ul /li /ul h3Accountability /h3 ul liSupport the Product Area Leaders and Engineering to evolve and execute on their operating models, ensuring alignment with strategy and delivery goals. /li liMaintain up-to-date and high-quality product strategy documentation in collaboration with each squad. /li liFacilitate transparent information flow across squads. /li liCoordinate and ensure the different elements and tasks the product team must execute on when a new offering is made available or is changed are completed. /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul liStrong understanding of modern product development practices, with hands‑on experience developing products or cloud services using these methods, and experience coaching teams. /li liProven ability to lead and inspire. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liExperience in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective workflows. /li /ul h3What Describes You /h3 ul liPassion for operations‑related work and driving efficiency. /li liEnthusiastic about using technology, especially AI, to remove friction and automate repetitive work for higher‑impact outcomes. /li liProactive and solution‑oriented mindset. /li liAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. /li liTeam Player, collaborative and adept at establishing healthy relationships at all organizational levels. /li liPassion and drive in terms of supporting leaders execute on their visions and establish operating models. /li /ul pJoin us and help make a better world with Autodesk Forma! /p h3Learn More /h3 pAbout Autodesk /p pWelcome to Autodesk! Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
