ph3Overview /h3 pProject Director - Electrical - Norway or Austria based, could consider rest of Europe based /p pbReports to: /b Operations Director /p pbResponsible for: /b (Senior) Project Managers / Senior Construction Manager /p pbDepartment: /b Management Technical /p pLead the end-to-end delivery of one or more ME projects, depending on size and complexity. Provide strategic oversight on programme, cost, resources, quality, and risk, ensuring safe, compliant delivery and consistent use of internal processes and digital tools. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libProject leadership delivery: /b Drive high standards across progress, quality, HS, and cost control; lead teams and key stakeholders; follow company processes and digital systems. /li libClient contractor relationships: /b Build strong working partnerships to secure repeat work and minimise disputes. /li libHealth, safety compliance: /b Lead audits, ensure consistent HSEQ/RAMS standards, set safety targets, investigate incidents, and stop unsafe work when required. /li libProgramme procurement: /b Own milestones and variations; oversee resource planning; lead procurement strategy with project teams; manage delays/claims; promote innovation. /li libOperations control: /b Oversee design deliverables and site performance; chair coordination meetings; support tenders/presentations; manage disputes and escalation. /li libQuality close-out: /b Ensure testing/commissioning compliance, proactive snagging/close-out, and smooth handover; capture lessons learned and drive improvement. /li libCommercial reporting: /b Maintain profitability, oversee project reporting and monthly reviews, protect margins, drive value engineering, and agree final accounts. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSMSTS (or equivalent) /li liRelevant CSCS/ECS/Skill Card /li liExtensive multi-site ME project leadership (technical + commercial) /li liCorporate-level HS compliance leadership /li liExperience on large infrastructure/data centre/fit-out projects /li liStrong risk management and quality/regulatory compliance /li liTrack record delivering high-value ME projects /li liAbility to lead HSEQ forums/toolbox talks/stand-downs /li liStrong client relationship skills /li /ul h3Values /h3 pBold, courageous, empowering, innovative, and inclusive—working with respect and integrity. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
