ppKongsberg Gruppen Maritime - Integration Energy /p pAn opportunity awaits you as Project Manager - Energy, reporting to Vice President Energy Projects. In this role, you will play a part in our high achieving execution team, delivering essential products and services for our business. /p pAs the Project Manager - Energy you are accountable for delivering Energy projects through the entire project lifecycle from start up to aftermarket handover with full ownership of Scope, Schedule, Risk and PL to our customers and internal stakeholders. You are part of a new and developing project management function responsible for delivering Energy systems and products across multiple vessel types, configurations, and segments to the maritime industry. You will lead a multidisciplined project team of experienced and motivated individuals to achieve our internal and external obligations of the KM Energy strategy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccountable for project execution in accordance with contractual obligations, project budget, and schedules in compliance to the energy framework and company procedures. /li liManage and lead projects to foster an integrated and motivated team in accordance with KM ethics and values /li liResponsible for resourcing, planning, budgeting and achieving project objectives according to the project mandate /li liEstablish a continuous improvement culture by means of team building, identifying critical success factors and managing risk to achieve project goals /li liPrepare internal and external periodic reporting to include stakeholder management /li /ul h3Qualifications and experience /h3 ul liDegree qualified in Business, Project Management or Engineering Discipline /li liMinimum 4 years of experience in Project / Engineering environment in the Maritime Industry or within the Oil and Gas Industry /li liSelf-starter with the ability to identify risks and opportunities and commit to decisions. /li liStrong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills /li /ul pAt bKONGSBERG /b, we believe that diversity fuels innovation.
