pbYour new company /bbrThe services of Hays have been retained by our client, a not-for-profit organisation based in Belfast, to recruit a Property Manager on a temporary contract basis for a period of 3-6 months with the possibility of further extension. /ppbrbYour new role /bbrOur client is looking for an experienced, responsible and professional team player to fill the role of Property Manager, which will include the following key duties: /ppbrCoordinating and overseeing property maintenance (planned reactive). /ppLease and tenancy agreement management / negotiation. /ppAct as a liaison between the organisation, tenants, and property owners. /ppCoordinate with operational and property colleagues to ensure smooth management of tenancies. /ppbrbWhat you'll need to succeed /bbrTo be considered for this position, you must possess: /ppbrA bachelor's degree in construction, Property Management or Surveying with a minimum of 3 years' experience as outlined above, or; /ppA Diploma in a construction related discipline with 5+ years' relevant experience. /ppA full valid driving licence with access to your own transport. /ppbrbWhat you'll get in return /bbrThis position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work with a large and growing not-for-profit organisation based in Belfast.
