You will work closely with Presidents, CFOs, and senior leaders across Business Units, acting as the company’s bproperty expert and trusted advisor /b. /p pIf you enjoy operating independently, challenging assumptions, and driving strong commercial outcomes in a global environment — this role offers real scope and influence. /p h3What will you work on: /h3 ul lipEnd-to-end ownership of Wilhelmsen’s global property portfolio /p /li lipProactive lease renewals and relocations — ensuring no missed deadlines /p /li lipManagement of offices, warehouses, and shared locations across BUs /p /li lipLead property‑related projects, including renewals and relocations /p /li lipDevelop and support business cases for property decisions in close collaboration with CFOs and Presidents /p /li lipChallenge location strategy, cost assumptions, and deal structures where needed /p /li lipAct as the single point of expertise for property matters globally /p /li lipEngage and manage local real estate agencies and external advisors /p /li lipStay informed on relevant real‑estate market trends and practices /p /li /ul h3What you need to be successful in the role: /h3 ul lipSolid experience in real estate, property procurement, or corporate real estate (leasing focus) /p /li lipProven track record managing complex, multi‑country lease portfolios /p /li lipExperience with offices and industrial/warehouse environments /p /li lipExposure to property acquisitions is a plus, though the role is predominantly lease‑driven /p /li lipStrong financial acumen with the ability to build and defend business cases /p /li lipConfident negotiator, comfortable pushing back and challenging senior stakeholders /p /li lipAbility to manage multiple projects independently in a global setting /p /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul lipHighly proactive, resourceful, and self‑driven /p /li lipComfortable operating as a sole contributor with full accountability /p /li lipAssertive yet collaborative — able to “take the fight” constructively /p /li lipGlobally minded with strong cultural awareness /p /li lipExcellent command of English /p /li /ul h3What it’s like to work with us: /h3 pWe can offer a culture and work environment of strong leadership, career development, work‑life balance and a job that is both challenging and stimulating.
