pMCS Group are excited to be recruiting for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction contractor. This role offers the chance to get involved in all aspects of the role, joining a vibrant team known for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects in the construction industry. /ppbThe Role /b /ppWe are working with a leading contractor based in Dungannon to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, growing team working on local projects. You will work closely with the wider commercial team in a rewarding and collaborative environment, playing a key role in delivering projects while upholding the company's commitment to quality, community engagement, and environmental responsibility. /ppbYou will; /b /pulliNegotiate and appoint sub-contractors for various schemes. /liliManage sub-contractor packages from appointment through to final account. /liliSubmit valuations and variations on projects. /liliBuild close working relationships with Contracts Managers and site teams. /liliConduct site visits to review completed works, quality, and cost control. /liliComply with all company systems and procedures, including Information Management Systems. /li /ulpbWhat's in it for you; /b /pulliLocal projects only, no UK travel /liliCareer development opportunities, professional membership support, and ongoing training /liliPrivate medical insurance, life assurance employee assistance programme /li /ulpbThe Ideal Candidate; /b /pulliThird level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. /liliGood working knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT/NEC/PWC. /liliThe ability to plan, organise, prioritise and work to meet deadlines through using your own initiative. /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. /liliFull valid driving licence. /li /ul pFull details will be discussed upon application. /ppAre you a Quantity Surveyor open to new opportunities?
