ph3Your mission /h3 pWe are looking for a Retail Area Supervisor to strengthen the Retail team in our L'Oréal Luxe division in Oslo, Norway, for a fixed-term cover position. In this role, you will be responsible for a district – both on operation tasks and sell out. /p pYou will report to the Norwegian Retail Unit Manager and work closely together with the local brand teams and with your colleagues in the Norwegian Omni Field team. You will build a strong relationship with the Retailers store managers and Beauty advisors in the stores. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 pYou will… /p ul liBe responsible for a given district with Omni doors, ensuring operational excellence. /li liBe responsible for the Oslo area plus one remote district, which requires travel approximately once per quarter. /li liSecure sell-out in your district according to budget, both in total and per key brands/skincare category. /li liPerform active sell-out and services to demonstrate best practices. This includes the ability to apply makeup and perform skin analyses on customers. /li liAnimate and organize in-store events linked to the trade plan to drive engagement. /li liSecure launch visibility and ensure space is optimized according to brand guidelines. /li liConduct in-store training on our brands to upskill store staff. /li liSecure a close and professional relationship with Store Managers and Beauty Advisors in your district. /li liBe available to work every other Saturday to support store activities. /li /ul h3We are looking for /h3 pYou are… /p ul liResult-driven and have proven strong results from a background in sales (Beauty Retail or similar). It is an advantage if you can showcase specific sales achievements. /li liYou are organized, structured, and driven by KPIs and performance analysis. /li liYou are solution oriented and possess strong knowledge of Retail excellence and brand expression/execution. /li liYou possess basic knowledge of Excel to handle reporting and structure efficiently. /li liYou are a relationship builder who connects easily with both consumers and Retailers. /li liYou are proactive and creative, acting as a “doer” who understands how to optimize the stores in your district effectively. /li liYou have a valid driver's license. /li liYou are fluent in Norwegian and have strong speaking and understanding skills in English. /li liYou are based in the Greater Oslo area. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pWe are looking for our new candidate to start as soon as possible.
