Then this might be your next challenge! /ppWe are looking for a commercially driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Denmark, Finland and Norway. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the local sales strategies, manage a team of skilled professionals, and play a key role in our continued growth journey. /ph3About The Role /h3pAs Sales Director for Denmark, Finland and Norway you will lead and develop our sales team with responsibility for both new customer acquisition and growth of existing customer relationships. You will shape and execute our sales strategy, drive key customer engagements, and work closely with the broader organization to ensure alignment and impact. /ppThe role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll manage complex B2B sales processes with long cycles, building relationships with senior stakeholders across logistics, IT, and operations. Your ability to stay top-of-mind with both prospective customers and existing clients, building long-term partnerships as well as identifying new business opportunities is critical for success. We believe you enjoy and master social selling, leveraging that to connect with prospects and strengthen relationships through value-driven dialogue. /ppThis role reports to MD for Denmark, Finland and Norway and is part of the local management team, where you will work closely with your colleagues responsible for Operations. In addition to your closest team, you are expected to be part of and contribute to forums cross CL Group to be part of our journey towards sales excellence. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, coach, and develop the local sales teams /liliDrive new business opportunities and lead complex sales processes to win new customers /liliDevelop and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring long-term value, retention, and expansion /liliTake full ownership of local sales strategy development and execution /liliCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure a high-quality customer journey /liliRepresent Consafe Logistics in customer dialogues, local industry forums, and events /li /ulh3What makes you a great candidate /h3h3Experience And Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
