Our ambition is to become the most attractive workplace in the supply chain industry in Europe, so we continuously strive to provide our employees with long-term development and career opportunities. /p h3About the role /h3 pAs Sales Director for Denmark, Finland and Norway you will lead and develop our sales team with responsibility for both new customer acquisition and growth of existing customer relationships. You will shape and execute our sales strategy, drive key customer engagements, and work closely with the broader organization to ensure alignment and impact. /p pThe role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll manage complex B2B sales processes with long cycles, building relationships with senior stakeholders across logistics, IT, and operations. Your ability to stay top-of-mind with both prospective customers and existing clients, building long-term partnerships as well as identifying new business opportunities is critical for success. We believe you enjoy and master social selling, leveraging that to connect with prospects and strengthen relationships through value-driven dialogue. /p pThis role reports to MD for Denmark, Finland and Norway and is part of the local management team, where you will work closely with your colleagues responsible for Operations. In addition to your closest team, you are expected to be part of and contribute to forums cross CL Group to be part of our journey towards sales excellence. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop the local sales teams /li liDrive new business opportunities and lead complex sales processes to win new customers /li liDevelop and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring long-term value, retention, and expansion /li liTake full ownership of local sales strategy development and execution /li liCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure a high-quality customer journey /li liRepresent Consafe Logistics in customer dialogues, local industry forums, and events /li /ul h3What makes you a great candidate? /h3 h3Experience and qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
