pp2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants /p h3Job Description Summary /h3 pAs the Sales Manager (Nordics Northern Europe) you will help develop sales in the Oil Gas, Offshore and Industry sectors within our Services business. In this remote role you will focus on following up on leads, finding new opportunities and increasing order intake for both Internal and External customers. You will take ownership from enquiry to order receipt and support the bid process ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Core responsibilities /h3 ul liSelling GE Vernova services, maintenance and equipment upgrades to our customers globally. /li liSupporting the internal sales process and acting as an advisor to other regional GE Vernova businesses. /li liGenerating a pipeline of opportunities and be able to negotiate and close deals. /li liWinning business in accordance with Business Orders, Margin Convertibility targets. /li liProactively managing opportunities through Salesforce. /li liInitiating contacts, visits and developing relationships at all relevant levels with the customer accounts. /li liHelping to develop job specific differentiators to create competitive offerings, in conjunction with the wider support team. /li liPlanning and organising the sales approach to assure the most effective development of sales opportunities from the installed base to meet sales targets. /li liLiaising with Commercial Operations Application Engineering departments to help build winning bids. /li liRegular travelling to customer meetings in Norway Northern Europe. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in developing business and relationships within a Sales environment in markets such as Oil Gas, Offshore and Industry. /li liProven track record in previously capturing and interpreting customer requirements on a regular basis. /li liValid driver’s license. /li liExperience in target account sales and working to given quotas. /li liFlexibility and eligibility to travel domestically within Norway, Scandinavia and overseas on a few weeks’ notice for periods of a few days up to a week. /li liAdaptability and an enthusiastic approach – a team player and effective communicator. /li liBased in Norway. /li liFluency in Norwegian English, both verbal and in writing. /li /ul h3What Will Make You Stand Out /h3 ul liTechnical knowledge of electrical systems, drives, and automation systems. /li /ul h3You Can Expect From Us /h3 ul liRemote work with the option to work from our offices in Oslo or Skøyen. /li liChallenging and exciting world-first projects. /li liFlexible work arrangements. /li liCompetitive salary. /li liA company car to perform your role. /li liEmployee benefits package which includes a company Pension Insurance scheme, Sales Incentive Plan annual bonus scheme, fitness reimbursement, lunch allowance, company cabin, and more. /li li25 days vacation (ages 60 and above: 30 days vacation) + national holidays. /li /ul pCandidates are informed that GE Vernova Norway will process only electronically submitted applications and require all relevant attachments to be included.
