After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story. /p h3Your seat to fill: /h3 ul liExecute sales strategies to effectively sell our products to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry /li liMerchandise products POS in Line with VM Guidelines /li liOrganize and participate in sales events, including occasional weekends (approximately 1–2 Saturdays per month). Equivalent weekdays off will be provided to maintain a 5-day work week. /li liMotivate and support retailers to produce SoMe content and make other sales driving activities /li liProvide systematic coaching and product training sessions in line with Cybex training guidelines for retailers and other stakeholders (including influencers) to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills /li liFoster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and personalized consultations. Act as a business partner /li liIdentify potential new customers, and initiate partnerships when business is relevant /li liAnalyze sales data, stock levels, forecast trends, and manage/follow-up budgets effectively /li liCreate and execute business and activity plans with retailers, in alignment with Sales team /li liContinuously monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. Sharing of insights internally and externally /li liAssist the marketing team with distribution of materials across the customer network /li /ul h3Your stroll to CYBEX: /h3 ul liRelevant experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, preferably within similar industries such as retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical goods. interest in fashion/ home/ interior decoration /li liStrong start-up / business development mentality with a proven ability to build and grow new categories. /li liDemonstrated understanding of premium and luxury markets with proven ability to promote and sell products effectively /li liSelf-motivated with a high sense of initiative, capable of working independently and managing a remote/home office /li liStrong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills /li liMotivated and driven personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management /li liProficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable /li liFluent in English and Swedish; Finnish is considered an advantage /li liWillingness to travel frequently /li /ul pCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
