pMCS Group are excited to be recruiting for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a top fit out contractor. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment working on local high-end fit out projects. /ppbThe Role /b /ppWe are working with a top fit out contractor based in Newry to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, growing team. You will work closely with the wider commercial team and collaborate with architects, project management and subcontractors to deliver successful fit out projects. You will join a company which offers fantastic team culture and seeks to deliver exceptional results for clients. /ppbYou will; /b /pulliBudget preparation, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of final accounts /liliUnderstanding contractual agreements and advising project teams and clients on commercial, legal, and dispute matters /liliPreparation of supporting documentation for clients, consultants, and project teams /liliSubcontract purchasing and monitoring of packages, including on-site remeasurement and interim and final account payments /liliLiaison with site and project managers, clients, and stakeholders, promoting best practice in Health Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards /li /ulpbWhat's in it for you; /b /pulliCompetitive salary and package /liliLocal projects with minimal UK travel /liliEarly finish on a Friday /li /ulpbThe Ideal Candidate; /b /pulliThird level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline /liliPrevious experience in a Quantity Surveyor role /liliThe ability to plan, organise, prioritise and work to meet deadlines through using your own initiative. /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. /liliFull valid driving licence. /li /ulpFull details will be discussed upon application. /ppAre you a Quantity Surveyor open to new opportunities?
