ph3Overview /h3 pSenior Site Manager – Well established Housing Developer, Permanent, No.1 on site /p pLocation: SE London | Region: London | Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 plus package /p pSenior Site Manager – Large new build residential project, South East London, 50+ unit scheme. The company operates multiple live sites across Greater London with typical schemes ranging from 25 to 100 units. This role is available due to the company’s strong financial position and ongoing new projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage day-to-day site operations and reporting, on a 50+ unit residential scheme. /li liOversee construction project delivery, including sub-contract programming/planning and subcontract management. /li liLead site activities from ground-breaking through handover, ensuring quality and programme adherence. /li liWork closely with the Project Manager and site team to resolve on-site design and technical issues. /li liContribute to design management and day-to-day troubleshooting on site. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience on new build residential schemes. /li liIn-date SMSTS First Aid certificates. /li liMultiple sector experience is a bonus. /li liExperience from groundworks through to handover. /li liPersonable, hardworking attitude; eligible to work in the UK. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pYou will be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential development, comfortable managing your own scheme, technically minded, and able to contribute to design management and day-to-day troubleshooting on site. You should be available to start within the next 4 weeks and hold SMSTS and First Aid certificates. /p h3Salary Benefits /h3 pSalary up to £70,000 plus package.
