This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, ensuring panellist performance, and delivering actionable insights to support product development, quality assurance, and consumer research. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliRecruit and train sensory panellists /liliLead daily panel sessions, ensuring protocols are followed and data is collected accurately /liliMonitor and coach panellists to maintain consistency, reliability, and performance. /liliDeliver refresher training to existing panellists /liliFoster a positive, focused, and productive panel environment. /liliMaintain up-to-date training records and proficiency tracking. /liliEnsure correct sample preparation, presentation, and environmental controls. /liliOperate sensory software and tools (Fizz Acquisition and EyeQuestion) /liliEnsure accurate input and organization of sensory data. /liliMaintain testing facilities, equipment, and cleanliness according to SOPs. /liliContribute to continuous improvement of sensory protocols and documentation. /liliEnsure ethical and unbiased testing environments. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pBachelor’s degree in food science or a related discipline /ppMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a sensory or quality assurance environment. /ppStrong interpersonal and communication skills for coaching panellists and coordinating with teams. /ppHigh attention to detail and data accuracy. /ppComfortable working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. /ppExperience with sensory software and basic statistical concepts (ANOVA, PCA, etc.) is a plus. /ppEmpathetic, patient, and clear communicator. /ppConfident in giving feedback and facilitating group discussions. /ppAnalytical mindset with an interest in sensory science and human perception. /ppFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and project needs. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
