They have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes. /ppbSite Manager Responsibilities /b /ppManage construction aspects of projects from planning consent through to completion. Provide input to other team members on risks, buildability, and programme aspects. /pulliSupervise the direction of projects and ensure that client conditions and requirements are met. /liliOversee sub-contractors and supervise construction workers. /liliEnsure that Health and Safety is being upheld across all sites. /liliIdentify important decisions and arrangements required to deliver successful projects. /liliTake responsibility for self-development and the development of others. /liliExcellent communication, structural, and influencing skills. /liliTrack record of managing numerous schemes concurrently. /li /ulpbPersonal Specification Requirements /b /pulliHighly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business. /liliGood problem solver and work with minimal instruction. /liliSmart, presentable, and happy to deal directly with customers. /liliPunctual, reliable, and good practical skills. /liliDegree qualified or equivalent. /liliEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. /li /ulpThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking career progression and looking for a good work-life balance.
