Working closely with global and local Supply Chain teams, you will support ensure RFP, cost savings initiatives, service excellence, and sustainability across our supply chain. Collaboration is key -you will partner with stakeholders in Global and local Supply Chain, Finance, and procurement colleagues worldwide (Germany, US, Mexico, China, Malaysia) to align supplier strategies and implement best practices. /p pThis position reportsdirectly to theHead of Global Indirect Procurement Capex. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libCategory Strategy Development: /b In close cooperation with the Key stakeholders within Global and local Supply chain teams to define and implement category strategies for logistics, transport, and 3PL warehousing aligned with business objectives. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation. /li libSupplier Management: /b Lead sourcing activities, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management. Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure service quality and compliance. /li libCost Optimization Risk Management: /b Drive procurement cost reduction initiatives without compromising service levels. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity. /li libStrategic Partnering Stakeholder Collaboration: /b Work closely with Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs. Act as a trusted advisor for logistics and warehousing procurement decisions. /li libSupplier Performance: /b Lead quarterly business reviews (QBR) with strategic suppliers, monitor KPIs for performance, cost savings, and sustainability goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. /li libData-Driven Procurement: /b Analyze category spend, supply markets, and cost drivers in collaboration with our new Procurement Insights teamto uncover efficiencies and opportunities. /li libSustainability: /b Integrate responsible sourcing practices into category plans.
