ppbJoin Our Supply Chain Operations Team: Consultant /b /p pAt Accenture, our Supply Chain Operations (SCO) team is growing and looking for experienced bConsultants /b to lead innovative projects, helping major companies in the Nordics overcome critical challenges and build efficient, resilient, and sustainable supply chains. /p h3Your role: /h3 pAs a bManagement Consultant /b in Supply Chain Operations, you’ll be part of a supportive, dynamic team solving exciting challenges for leading companies in Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Science, Automotive, and Defense industries. You’ll lead project workstreams, offer strategic insights, and deliver impactful presentations, all while growing your skills and expertise. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 pLead transformative projects: Help clients navigate supply chain transformations, improving sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and operational efficiency, while advancing sustainability. /p ul liManage projects: Oversee analysis, coordinate and lead resources, and ensure smooth project execution. /li liDrive innovation: Apply digital tools and new technologies like AI and analytics to improve sourcing, procurement and supply chain operations. /li liFacilitate workshops and deliver insights: Conduct workshops and presentations that provide strategic recommendations to clients. /li liBe a trusted advisor: Guide clients through digital transformation and changing industry dynamics. /li liSupport business growth: Identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to proposal work for future projects. /li /ul h3Recent project examples include: /h3 ul liDigital Procurement Transformation Program: Implementation of SAP Ariba and Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management System to streamline the end-to-end Source to Contract process, assure compliance by design, and provide data-driven contract management insights. /li liContract Analytics: Design and establish data extraction policies and models to capture critical data points such as Payment Terms and Price Indexation, enabling insight-driven decision-making. /li liContract Risk Profiling and Performance Analysis: Conducting comprehensive analysis of contract risk profiling, contract performance, and contractual terms and conditions, while identifying savings opportunities through a "Treasure Hunt" approach and preparing fact-based negotiation packs for suppliers. /li liSupplier Risk Assessment: Leveraging Accenture’s Supplier Risk framework to evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks while driving strategic initiatives to enhance resilience and optimize suppliers used through AI-driven risk scoring models and scenario planning. /li /ul h3What is in it for you: /h3 ul liAccess to a global network of industry and specialist knowledge. /li liProfessional and academic challenges that foster growth. /li liFocus on personal development with access to training, certifications, conferences, and other learning activities. /li liAn inclusive working environment with inspiring and skilled colleagues and managers. /li liFlexible work hours prioritizing work-life balance. /li liOvertime pay (Consultant level). /li liA unique social agenda and a wide range of sports groups. /li /ul pCompetitive compensation and benefits with share savings arrangements, a solid pension plan, health insurance, and much more. /p h3We believe you have: /h3 ul liA Master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field, such as finance, industrial economics, social economics, change management, business, strategy, leadership, administration, mathematics, information technology, or related areas. /li li2-5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on technology advisory or management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience within the Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Science, Automotive, or Defense sector. /li liA commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities alongside Accenture Managers and Senior Managers. /li liExperience collaborating in diverse teams and thriving in creative problem-solving environments.
