The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and able to engage prospects to create interest in our products/services. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services. /li liGenerate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods. /li liSend well-written follow-up emails with relevant info sheets and supporting materials. /li liKeep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments. /li liMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. /li liIdentify decision-makers and gather relevant information to support the sales pipeline. /li liSchedule appointments for the sales team. /li liFollow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects. /li liMeet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets. /li liSuccessfully set appointments for qualified prospects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a B2B environment). /li liExcellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence. /li liStrong interpersonal and customer engagement skills. /li liAbility to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude. /li liComfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work independently and manage time effectively. /li /ul pbIMPORTANT NOTE: /b As part of our screening process, please take and complete the Aptive Index Assessment through this LINK .
